MicroMAX workshop

On September 16th, ISBUC, MAXIV and HALRIC are organising a workshop on the new state-of the-art MicroMAX beamline at MAXIV. This beamline is particularly apt for serial and time-resolved crystallography allowing use of very small macromolecular crystals for structure determination at room temperature and following reactions. But there is additional potential for new developments after user input and new users at different levels, not only from the traditional structural biology community, but at the interface of biology and chemistry.

Register now.

In the morning, we will be organizing a workshop where you can learn more about MicroMAX and see case studies demonstrating the potential of MicroMAX within structural biology. This will be followed by a session where you can present a poster of your research to the team from MAXIV and it will also be possible for you to meet one-on-one with MAXIV scientists to discuss how you might be able to use MicroMAX in your research. On the day, there will be relevant sessions for both new and advanced users.
