ISBUC Seminar with Davide Mercandte and Kresten Lindorff-Larsen
Please join us at the ISBUC Structural Seminar this April to hear about the latest boundary pushing integrative structural biology research from both abroad and here in Denmark. The seminar will feature two exciting talks:
Senior Lecturer Davide Mercadante: Functional advantages of protein structural disorder as revealed by integrative biophysics
Professor Kresten Lindorff-Larsen: Conformational ensembles at the proteome level using deep-learning and coarse-grained models
In addition, there will be two flash talks given by junior researchers:
- Inga Songailienė: Target recognition and degradation in a multiprotein CRISPR-Cas system
- James Hodgkinson-Bean: Taming the Cracken: A cryo-EM investigation into flagellum binding proteins from flagellotropic bacteriophage PBS1
As always, the talks will be followed by relaxed pizza and drinks.
